Key Responsibilities:- Delivering a broad range of building surveying services across commercial property portfolios
- Managing contract administration for refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Carrying out technical due diligence and acquisition surveys
- Advising on dilapidations (landlord and tenant side)
- Providing detailed defect diagnosis and building pathology reports
- Supporting junior team members where appropriate
- MRICS qualified (or working towards this with solid experience)
- Strong commercial awareness and experience in a consultancy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advice
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
