Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering a broad range of building surveying services across commercial property portfolios
  • Managing contract administration for refurbishment and fit-out projects
  • Carrying out technical due diligence and acquisition surveys

  • Providing detailed defect diagnosis and building pathology reports
  • Supporting junior team members where appropriate
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified (or working towards this with solid experience)
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in a consultancy environment

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advice
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
