The Role
As a Qualified Building Surveyor, you will work across a wide range of Building Surveying tasks for institutional, private, and commercial clients. Your duties will include:

  • Project management
  • Design and specification work
  • Schedule of condition and dilapidations
  • Acquisition surveys and building pathology
  • Reinstatement cost assessments
  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Party wall advice
  • General property consultancy
  • You’ll be working across a range of locations, including London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, and Oxfordshire, with hybrid working options available.

    About You
    The ideal candidate will be an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with previous experience in a similar role. You’ll have a strong foundation in the core areas of Building Surveying and the ability to work independently while managing client relationships.

  • Based within commuting distance of Stevenage (with hybrid working flexibility)
  • Strong IT skills and excellent communication
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
