What you’ll be doing:
- Taking the lead on refurbishment projects, managing them from design through to delivery
- Running condition surveys, defect diagnosis and planned maintenance reports
- Working on projects up to around £2m, using both JCT and NEC contracts
- Engaging with clients across a wide range of sectors
- Collaborating with a wider team of designers and consultants when needed – but confident working independently too
What they’re looking for:
- Around 2-3 years’ post-qualification experience (Chartered or actively working towards)
- Well-rounded Building Surveying skills – with solid experience in both professional and project work
- Competent in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word (Microsoft Project or Revit knowledge is a bonus)
- Someone who values quality, teamwork, and client care
