I’m currently working with a well-respected planning consultancy in Bristol that is looking to expand its team and is keen to speak with planners at all levels, from Graduate and Assistant Planner through to Senior and Associate.
The consultancy has a strong pipeline of work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, and offers a supportive environment with clear progression routes and full support towards RTPI accreditation.
The roles will involve:
- Preparation and management of planning applications and appeals
- Site appraisals and planning research
- Client and local authority liaison
- Drafting planning statements and supporting documentation
- Managing projects (level dependent)
