This company is not just focused on tackling Engineering solutions, but is devoted to sustainable, efficient designs which promote reducing carbon emissions. In joining this team, you’ll be a visionary leader and confidently guide the team of Civil Engineers through some amazing projects whilst maintaining teamwork, diversity and excellence.
The Role:
- Collaborate with directors and associates to deliver a diverse range of projects.
- Mentor, coach and manage a team of Civil Engineers, whilst promoting growth and teamwork.
- Ensure outstanding project delivery leaning on the expertise of your team and the wider teams.
- Lead the financial aspects of projects and ensure efficiency and profitability is met.
- Confidently build client relationships and explore new avenues for future projects.
Technical skills:
- Software Savvy - Ideally mastered in Civils 3D or drainage modelling software.
- Expertise in Drainage Networks e.g. InfoDrainage and MicroDrainage.
- Thorough understanding of National and Local Planning policy and within Flood Risk Assessments.
- Knowledge of current UK design standards and an active role in drainage and highway sectional works with relevant authorities.
- Proficiency in designing paved and asphalt surfaces, earthwork specifications and industrial concrete slabs.
The ideal Senior Civil Engineer will have proven experience creating and sustaining long-lasting client relationships and be able to lead Civil Engineering projects across a range of sectors.
