We are continuing our relationship with a local Civil & Structural consultancy based in Birmingham to support in the recruitment of an experienced Civil Engineer. The company is a well-established practice with a technical staff that includes Civil & Structural Engineers and Technicians at all levels. Under the guidance of the directors, the business continues to go from strength to strength and are now getting ready for the next phase of growth.
Your new role as a Civil Engineer:
As a Civil Engineer, you will work on a wide array of civil infrastructure projects alongside a highly experienced team of engineers. You will assist in providing detailed designs for schemes that will include site infrastructure design for educational, industrial, housing, and commercial schemes.
What you will need to succeed as a Civil Engineer:
- Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng preferred)
- Have a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience within a design consultancy
- Experience of designing roads and drainage schemes
- Good working knowledge of design packages including Civil 3D and MicroDrainage
