My client based in Southampton is looking for an Associate Director to join their Planning team. They are a leading consultancy specialising in urban planning and development. With a strong UK presence, they pride themselves on delivering innovative and sustainable planning solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated professional aiming to lead complex planning projects and contribute to the team's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Provide strategic planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of planning applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
