My client in Birmingham is looking for an Associate Director to join their Planning team in Central Birmingham. Their expertise spans across residential, commercial, and public sector projects, where the team works closely with clients to navigate planning regulations and deliver successful outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Planning Applications: Prepare and manage planning applications, conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
