Senior Town Planner | Planning Consultancy

I'm currently working with a well-established planning consultancy in Manchester who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Town Planner into their growing team.
\n
This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded consultancy working across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, mixed-use and strategic land projects.
\n
The Role:

- \n
- Managing a diverse caseload of planning applications and appeals.
- Providing planning advice to a range of private and public sector clients.
- Preparing planning statements, reports and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with local authorities, developers and other key stakeholders.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to the wider growth of the business.

What They're Looking For:

- \n
- MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership).
- Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Someone commercially minded who enjoys working in a client-facing environment.
