Associate Director - Measured Building Surveying - London (Soho)
Our client is an independent, RICS-regulated chartered surveying consultancy based in Soho, London. They're hiring an Associate Director to lead their Measured Building Surveying team. Hybrid working.
The Associate Director role
You'll lead the measured surveying service and manage the team and the clients, rather than spending your week out on site doing the surveys yourself. You'll work directly with the directors, and there's a route through to Head of Measured Surveying for the right person.
What you'll do as Associate Director, Measured Surveying
- Lead measured building survey projects across the UK, managing the surveyors and CAD technicians delivering them
- Own client relationships with investors, asset managers, developers and agents
- Prepare fee proposals and win new measured surveying work
- Mentor and develop junior surveyors
- Improve survey workflows and the use of laser scanning, point cloud and Revit technology

What you need
- You're already at Associate Director level, or ready to step up into it
- MRICS, or equivalent experience
- Experience in measured building surveys, including laser scanning and CAD/Revit workflows
