The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

We are looking for a Business Change Lead to support effective implementation and adoption of new systems and processes. Based five days a week in our London office, this is a broad role which will require the role holder to be comfortable across the full spectrum of change activities, from leading engagement with senior team members to hands-on production of training materials and communications artefacts. You will be an experienced change facilitator with a deep affinity for people coupled with commercial nous. With a wide toolkit you will be expert at discerning the most effective approaches for each varying situation.

Key responsibilities and primary deliverables

  • To review and refine the change management strategy, ensuring that it remains aligned with Zodiac Maritime’s values and the aims of the Transformation Programme.
  • To deliver change impact assessments that enable the business to have visibility on the future: a) understanding changes in business processes, b) reviewing, adapting & validating the Target Operating Model as required.
  • To create and develop an engagement and communications strategy and plan: a) for the Transformation Programme as a whole, ensuring a clear and compelling narrative, b) for each constituent project, using engagement & communication activity to create awareness and advocacy for the planned change.
  • To develop & deliver appropriate change plans using multiple formats (comms, coaching, training, resistance management etc).
  • To review and refine the learning strategy that defines the scope, approach and timing of end-user training, demonstrates how learning & knowledge transfer is assessed, determines the processes and tools for training material design & development and establishes the processes and tools for training delivery & evaluation.
  • To create and maintain adoption & usage metrics, using evidence to support benefits tracking and so strengthen the transformation narrative.
  • The ability & willingness to flex approach to create business change solutions and practices that are right sized for Zodiac.

Relevant experience & education

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and the skill to know when and how to use them.
  • Experience of planning, designing and implementing training programmes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
