Role Overview
The People & Culture Lead is a pivotal role for an experienced strategic business partner or people operations leader who wants a diverse, end-to-end remit with real influence. You will design, run and continuously improve the infrastructure that powers our employee experience globally. This role acts as both the strategic engine behind our people programmes and the architect of our operational model, ensuring our systems, processes and rhythm of business scale with the company. You will also lead and develop one direct report (HR Administrator).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve our core people programmes, including onboarding, performance, organisational design, development and remuneration.
- Own global benefits, co-designing the strategy and ensuring accurate, compliant execution across all regions.
- Support remuneration and performance cycles, with a strong focus on education, enablement and delivery excellence.
- Project-manage HR technology and workflow improvements, including automation, HRIS enhancements and vendor transitions.
- Provide pragmatic guidance on employee relations matters as they arise, partnering closely with leaders.
- Develop board-level people insights, including dashboards on headcount, turnover, compensation, hiring and workforce trends.
- Design scalable, end-to-end HR processes - onboarding, offboarding, mobility, payroll feeds, benefits administration and HRIS operations - working closely with the Coordinator to execute.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR Operations, People Partnering, HR Consulting or a People Lead role in a scaling or multi-regional organisation.
- Strong project management, process design and change management capability.
- Experience supporting or running performance and remuneration cycles.
- High level of data literacy, with confidence presenting insights to senior leaders and executives.
- Strong HRIS experience and an eye for systems optimisation and automation.
- Knowledge of multi-jurisdiction employment practices and how to operationalise them effectively.
- Operates with high autonomy and thrives in an environment of pace, ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust, influence senior leaders and navigate sensitive situations.
- Sound judgement and a proactive mindset, able to anticipate risks, solve problems early and elevate issues with clarity.
