Due to exciting recent growth and departmental expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. We’re looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator who lives and breathes great content. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating engaging marketing campaigns
  • Producing compelling digital content
  • Growing our social media presence
  • Capturing powerful stories
  • Showcasing the incredible work of Zoe’s Place

You’ll have a strong understanding of current social media trends and know how to create authentic, engaging content that resonates across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other emerging channels. Most importantly, you’ll be confident building relationships with families, supporters, fundraisers, volunteers, corporates and staff to uncover inspiring stories that bring our mission to life.

Closing date: 21st of August 2026 at 17:00

Interviews will be taking place week commencing the 31st of August 2026 on site in Middlesbrough.

Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week. Occasional weekends to support events.

Salary: £24,000 to £27,500 per annum.

Based at: Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice Middlesbrough.

Responsible to: Senior PR and Communications Co-ordinator.
