About the Role
Great creative work happens when people are curious enough to challenge convention, ambitious enough to think bigger, and determined enough to solve problems differently. We're looking for a hungry, ambitious Social Creative who wants to make work that travels through platforms, communities and conversations. Someone who actively consumes and understands social culture across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and emerging channels, and can translate platform behaviours into work that people want to share.
You'll join a growing creative team working across brilliant brands across consumer, technology, healthcare and corporate, developing social-first and earned-first ideas that earn attention, spark participation and build reputation. You'll work alongside strategists, creatives, designers, creators and account teams to solve business challenges through creativity.
What You'll Do
- Develop social-first creative ideas for campaigns, activations, creator partnerships and always-on content programmes.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, creator formats, audience behaviours and emerging features across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, bringing fresh inspiration and opportunities into the team.
- Identify cultural trends, audience behaviours, emerging platforms and conversation opportunities that can inspire creative thinking.
- Develop ideas across the full spectrum of social content, from reactive mobile-shot content and creator collaborations through to premium campaign assets, productions and integrated activations.
- Contribute original ideas in brainstorms, creative reviews and workshops.
- Collaborate with strategists and account teams to ensure ideas are rooted in insight and aligned to client objectives.
- Help shape campaign narratives, social mechanics and participation-led ideas.
- Work closely with designers, creators, content teams and producers to bring ideas to life.
- Develop creative presentations, pitch materials and client-facing recommendations.
- Support new business opportunities with fresh thinking and culturally relevant ideas.
- Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise and evolve creative approaches.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years' minimum experience in social, creative, advertising, content, PR or integrated agency environments.
- A strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture and how ideas spread online.
- Understanding of social content production workflows and what makes content successful at different levels of production, from creator-led and mobile-first content to larger-scale shoots and campaign executions.
- Experience developing social-first creative concepts and campaigns.
- A naturally curious mindset and genuine interest in culture, media, brands and human behaviour.
- Confidence contributing ideas and presenting creative thinking in collaborative environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and desire to continually improve your craft.
Bonus Points For
- Experience developing creator-led or community-driven campaigns.
- Strong copywriting, content creation or concept development skills.
- Knowledge of consumer technology, gaming, lifestyle, healthcare or corporate communications.
- Experience using social listening, trend analysis or audience insight tools.
- Experience contributing to award-winning or highly earned creative work.
- Content production experience, including video, editing or design.
What Success Looks Like
- Bringing fresh cultural insights and platform expertise into the creative process.
- Developing ideas that earn attention, spark conversation and drive engagement.
- Contributing to work that strengthens reputation and delivers measurable business impact.
- Building strong relationships across teams and disciplines.
- Helping raise the creative ambition of social work across the agency.
- Creating work that people talk about, share and remember.
