Zeno Group is looking for a senior account manager to support consumer technology and gaming brands. The role will involve storytelling, media strategy and product launch execution in a fast moving agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Shape UK activity for consumer technology brands across media, influencer and owned channels.
- Develop and execute media strategy, messaging, launch plans, events and reviews for technology and consumer technology product launches.
- Lead product review programmes, samples, embargoes, media briefings and rapid press office activity.
- Turn technical product features and innovation stories into clear, compelling narratives (bylines, media pitches, comments).
- Collaborate on agency pitches and present proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contacts and colleagues and manage client work to ensure success.
Qualifications
- Experience leading busy B2C communication campaigns for technology brands.
- Expert knowledge of the consumer technology industry and media, especially gaming.
- Experience supporting or leading consumer technology product launches and campaign execution.
- Confidence managing product review programmes, samples, embargoes, media briefings and fast moving press office activity.
- Ability to turn technical product features and innovation stories into clear, compelling consumer narratives.
- Obsession about media and evolving landscape, with knowledge of social, creator, forums, podcasts and other platforms.
- Strong instinct for how technology shows up in entertainment, sport, lifestyle, gaming, work, family life and wider consumer culture.
- Creative, culturally curious mindset and proven track record in consumer technology hardware.
- Ability to manage both up and down, organise work, and build effective personal relationships.
- Experience in a busy agency environment with a sound understanding of agency processes.
- Gaming experience is a bonus.
Salary
£43,000 - £50,000 per year (Level 06).
