The Opportunity<\/b> We are partnering with our client to find their "Founding BDR" for the EMEA region. In this pivotal role, you will be their first BDR on the ground in Europe, initially managing a broad pan -EMEA territory (including the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Benelux, and the Middle East). Reporting directly to their Head of European Sales, you will help shape their initial pipeline and processes, with the potential to align with global BDR leadership as the team rapidly scales.

Key Responsibilities<\/b> Who You Are<\/b> Location & Work Model<\/b> This role will begin as fully remote. However, the client expects to establish a physical office in the Thames Valley area (Reading, Maidenhead, or Staines) within the next year. The ideal candidate must be based in the UK and comfortably commutable to this area for a future 2 -3 day per week hybrid office policy.
