Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Zero Trust specialist to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Zero Trust security programmes. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and business development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Design
    • Lead the design of enterprise Zero Trust architectures aligned with business objectives.
    • Develop security reference architectures and technical roadmaps.
    • Design identity-centric security solutions incorporating SSO, MFA, device posture, and least-privilege access.
    • Advise on modernising security and network infrastructure using Zero Trust principles.
    • Present architectural recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Implementation & Delivery
    • Oversee the implementation and optimisation of Zero Trust technologies.
    • Lead integration with identity providers, endpoint security, and SIEM/SOAR platforms.
    • Manage proof-of-concept activities, technical evaluations, and vendor engagement.
  • Leadership & Business Development
    • Define Zero Trust strategy and provide architectural governance.
    • Mentor security architects and engineers, promoting security best practices.
    • Support business development through solution design, technical proposals, and customer presentations.
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive teams.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity architecture or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, IAM, SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, endpoint security, and cloud security.
  • Experience implementing enterprise-scale security solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and support pre-sales activities.

Desirable Qualifications

  • CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent security certifications.
  • Zero Trust platform certifications.
  • Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
