Title: Enterprise Account Executive
Type: Full Time / Permanent
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £220,000 – £240,000 OTE (50/50 split) + Lucrative Accelerators

We are partnered with an elite, fast-growing cyber security vendor at a pivotal moment in their UK expansion. The UK team is currently undergoing an ambitious, top-to-bottom growth phase led by proven, high-performing sales directors.

Role Overview

Strategic territory focus covering Mid-Market to Large Enterprise accounts (2,500 – 7,000 employees) across the UK. You will inherit a generous, high-potential patch of 80–120 target accounts alongside 8–10 highly active trading customers.

With an exceptionally warm, engaged customer base, you are freed up from heavy administrative burdens to focus on what matters most: executing a high-velocity, rigorous net-new logo acquisition motion

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and execute a disciplined territory plan to systematically acquire enterprise greenfield accounts
  • Run a self-driven, high-tempo prospecting playbook to build a healthy pipeline
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder corporate buying committees using a standard methodology such as MEDDIC
  • Develop deep relationships with C-Level stakeholders to build business cases and drive consensus
  • Partner closely with SE's who join you across client engagements through to deal closure
  • Coordinate effectively with tier one channel partners

Requirements

  • Proven track record closing complex 6-figure SaaS/Software deals (Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but backgrounds from structured "playbook houses" are highly valued).
  • Hands-on experience applying a structured framework to manage complex sales cycles
  • Exceptionally articulate with the ability to grasp rapidly and discuss complex technical concepts and challenge C-level status quo
  • A clear history of internal career promotions, high ownership, and pushing through adversity to exceed targets
  • Relentless work ethic, a passion for running high-volume sales cycles, and a willingness to meet clients face-to-face
