We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Information and Cyber Security solution provider for a Cyber Security Engineer. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing security consultancy services to our client's customers. Your responsibilities will include delivering security designs, implementing new security infrastructure, and contributing to the resolution of complex security issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide security design, guidance, and technical expertise for customer projects.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities to support business development and sales teams.
  • Implement security infrastructure both remotely and on customer sites.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all provided security infrastructure.
  • Act as an escalation point for internal support teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
  • Recent hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Information Security and Risk Management (preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills.
  • Available for client site work across the UK.
