We are seeking an Account Manager to join our clients growing team within a leading cyber security vendor. This role is 100% account management and is focused on managing and expanding relationships within an established book of clients. You will own post -sale customer relationships, drive renewals and retention, and identify growth opportunities across commercial accounts.

This role is ideal for a high performing SDR or BDR who is ready to step into a quota -carrying role. <\/div>

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a defined portfolio of existing customers <\/span>
<\/li> - Drive renewals and retention by proactively managing relationships and renewal cycles <\/span>
<\/li> - Build strong relationships within the defined set of customers and internal teams <\/span>
<\/li> - Partner cross -functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver strong customer experience.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/div><\/span>Requirements1 -3 years of experience in a customer facing B2B sales function (SDR, BDR, inside sales experience preferred) within SaaS / Cyber SecurityStrong interest in transitioning to a quota -carrying roleProven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customersTrack record of achieving and exceeding targets
