About the role As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of our restaurant's success.
Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will step up to lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume rushes.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance a buzzing dine-in, whilst keeping a sharp eye on food and service standards.

Live and breathe the customer journey, coaching your front of house team to deliver standout, "feel-good" hospitality every day.
Support team development by giving constructive feedback, building confidence, and keeping team spirit high.
Take full ownership of the restaurant's "curb appeal", keeping standards and safety spot on.
Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage the financials, and track service metrics to be "better than yesterday".
