About your role: When you're a Zizzi Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader, you're a vital part of the management team.

You'll look after critical sections like the bar, food pass, or hosting during our busiest peak shifts, and run the whole restaurant during quieter shifts.
What you'll do: Run the restaurant during quieter periods, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely.
Lead from the front during peak rushes, with full ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless.
Step in to resolve any guest issues on the floor with a feel-good solution.
Motivate and coach the Front of House team to help them grow their skills and deliver standout, feel-good hospitality.
Care about picture-perfect dish presentation, restaurant standards and the details that make a standout occasion.
