These shifts usually happen when the building is quiet, working independently alongside a manager. What you'll do: Ensure the restaurant looks pristine and welcoming, so we hit the mark for our guests. Sweep, mop, dust, and polish our modern rustic spaces so every corner meets our high hygiene standards. Take absolute pride in your work, knowing that your attention to detail is the first thing guests notice when they walk in. Work efficiently and independently during quiet morning hours to get the restaurant perfectly ready for service.
