Zizzi is seeking a Food Development Coordinator to lead new menus and food projects across its 130+ restaurants. You will coordinate launches from concept through rollout, connecting suppliers, Marketing, Operations, Training, Quality Systems and Supply Chain to keep projects on track and fully prepared for launch.
You will manage product details, recipes, allergens, nutrition and costing across systems, support tastings and evaluations, and help ensure all information reaches the right people
