What you\’ll do:
- Take ultimate responsibility for the kitchen, leading the team to deliver exceptional food, ensure profitability, and meet health & safety standards.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and inspire the kitchen team alongside the General Manager.
- Be passionate about our menu and train your team accordingly.
- Work with the restaurant team to deliver great customer experiences, ensuring high standards of food presentation and quality, controlling food costs.
- Train your team on policies, processes, and guidelines, ensuring compliance and excellence.
