About the role:

As a Head Chef, you are the heart of the kitchen, working closely with the General Manager. You will lead the kitchen with passion, enthusiasm and the highest standards. We are looking for an authentic leader who manages the finer details of a high volume, fast paced kitchen. You aren't just a chef; you are a role model who inspires your team to deliver perfect food whilst keeping an eye on the bottom line.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the kitchen to deliver exceptional food quality while maximising profit and strict food safety compliance
  • Partnering with the General Manager to recruit, onboard and inspire the best kitchen talent while building a loyal and high performing team
  • Managing food costs and kitchen labour in line with budgets
  • Sharing your knowledge and passion for food to elevate the skills of every chef in your team
