Zizzi is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to lead shifts in our busy kitchen, support the Head Chef, and inspire the team during peak service. You’ll balance a buzzing restaurant floor with delivery channels and grow through a clear progression path.
You will coach chefs, ensure consistent food quality, manage stock and labour, and maintain food safety across both dine-in and delivery orders while keeping a calm, organised kitchen during the busiest times.
