Zizzi Assistant Managers have a big role to play. When the General Manager is away, you’re in charge. You will run shifts, manage the team, give feedback and help bring our culture and values to life. Live and breathe the key ingredients of the Zizzi customer service journey and coach your team to do the same. Become an expert on our menu and ensure that only perfect plates leave the kitchen. Support the General Manager to achieve financial targets and monitor business performance. Take responsibility for making sure the restaurant looks and feels fabulous and operates to high standards. All of this is delivered through our Zizzi Values: Growth, Individuality, Drive, Togetherness, and Fun.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in organising, planning and running the business.
- Co-ordinate day-to-day responsibilities and lead, develop and motivate the team.
