Overview
Kitchen Porter role at Zizzi with a salary up to £12.21 per hour plus tronc and benefits. You will play a huge part within the inner workings of the kitchen. No matter how great the chefs on the front line are, they cannot function without clean dishes, organised storage and a spotless work area.
Responsibilities
- Take pride in food presentation by washing plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils in a fast, efficient way, ensuring they are perfectly clean and available throughout the shift.
- Support the whole restaurant team, front of house and back of house, to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
- Be passionate about our food and know the menu inside out.
- Keep the kitchen and storage areas clean and organised.
- Help ensure the restaurant looks its best at all times and adheres to policies, processes and guidelines.
