As a Supervisor you will work with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure we are providing a great customer service journey, along with the front of house team.

Supporting in the safe running of the business and having great standards to ensure every shift runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge and run your shifts like a pro, managing the whole restaurant team in front of house and back of house to ensure the restaurant runs like clockwork.
  • Live and breathe the Zizzi customer service journey and coach your shift team to do the same, ensuring every customer has a great experience every time.
  • Lead the Front of House team to create memorable moments for our customers.
  • Share your passion for food with our customers and the team, and ensure every dish served on your shift is perfect.
  • Take responsibility for keeping the restaurant looking fabulous at all times and ensuring it meets the standards set in our processes, policies and guidelines.
  • Work with the entire restaurant team to deliver great times for customers and take absolute pride in the service you provide.
