As part of the Back of House team you could be making salads, desserts, pasta or pizza in the theatre of the open kitchen, prepping and organising to make a great shift.

What will you be doing?
Be passionate about our food, knowing the menu and our specs inside out, and sharing this passion with your team. Work with the whole restaurant team to help deliver great times for customers and take pride in the presentation and quality of food from your kitchen. Keep the restaurant and kitchen looking fabulous at all times, follow policies and guidelines, and ensure your team does the same.
