Starting from £31,800 per annum plus tronc and benefits. As Assistant Manager you will help the general manager to organise, plan and run the business. You will co‑ordinate day‑to‑day responsibilities, lead team development, and be passionate about your role.

Role Overview:
When the General Manager is away, you are in charge: running shifts, managing the team, giving feedback and ensuring our culture and values shine. Live and breathe the key ingredients of the Zizzi customer service journey and coach the team to do the same. Be an expert and enthusiastic about the menu – ensuring only perfect plates leave the kitchen. Support the General Manager to smash financial targets and monitor business performance. Take responsibility for maintaining a fabulous restaurant environment.
