As an Assistant Manager, you will help the general manager to organise, plan and run the business. You will co‑ordinate day-to-day responsibilities, be a great leader, aid team development and be passionate about your role.

- Step in as head when the General Manager is away – run shifts, manage the team, give feedback, and ensure the team delivers on our culture and values.
- Live and breathe the key ingredients of the Zizzi customer service journey and coach your team to do the same.
- Become an expert of our menu – ensure perfect plates of food leave the kitchen.
- Support the General Manager with smashing financial targets and monitoring business performance.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of restaurant presentation.
