Travel: Daily site visits to clients, company van with personal use included

As a Service Technician, you\’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industry-leading security solutions, including Lenel, CCure, and Genetec. Your Role:

• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems across client sites.

• Provide both remote and on-site technical support.

• Ensure compliance with project schedules and service standards.

• Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex faults.

• Maintain accurate logs of work completed and system performance.

• Travel daily between client sites across London.

• Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

What You\’ll Need:

• 4+ years\’ experience in security installations, servicing, or design.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems is preferred but not essential – we can and will train you!

• Strong IT & networking knowledge is desirable (Cisco, TCP/IP, routing, switching).

• Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges.

• Full UK work authorisation and a valid driver\’s license.
