What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support a small team of skilled engineers, managing their daily workloads, call-outs, and PPM schedules
- Coordinate job bookings, compliance, CRM updates, timesheets, and reporting to ensure smooth service operations
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and suppliers to maintain strong service delivery and meet SLA/KPI targets
- Be a technical escalation point, offering real-time support to your team and office staff
- Drive compliance across NSI, BAFE, and HSE standards, ensuring best-in-class service and safety
What We're Looking For
- Ideally 3-5 years' leadership or supervisory experience within the fire & security sector
- Sound technical knowledge of fire and security systems-Texecom, Avigilon, Advanced, 2N, AJAX highly beneficial
- Strong administrative and organisational ability-comfortable managing schedules, reports, and compliance checks
- A confident communicator who can bridge the gap between field teams, office staff, and clients
- Full UK driving licence required; NSI/BAFE certifications preferred
