Service Desk Administrator (Full time, Permanent)

£30,000 per annum

What You'll Do:

  • Scheduling engineers for client callouts and service visits
  • Managing job entries and updates via Big Change software
  • Coordinating with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and the Stock Manager
  • Processing completed jobs and arranging follow-up visits
  • Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure SLA compliance
  • Handling permits, plant/equipment orders, and client communications
