Our client, one of the UK’s leading independent fire and security specialists, is looking to bring on their next person into the suppression team to grow this arm of the business further. The focus will be on delivering reliable, innovative, and bespoke solutions to clients across a broad range of sectors, to ensure delivery of safety, compliance, and protection through advanced systems, services, and expertise.
You will be joining their dynamic team to drive growth within the fire suppression division. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of gas suppression systems (and aligned services), with a focus on developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring they maintain a strong reputation for delivering exceptional fire and security solutions.
You will be somebody who can not only hunt after business, but secure leads and maintain the accounts and manage the full client journey. You will have a proven record of creating and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling, and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. You will need to understand client needs, offering tailored suppression solutions to meet fire protection and regulatory requirements, plus deliver presentations, demonstrations, and detailed proposals to prospective customers. There will be collaboration with design, installation, and service teams, however your understanding across these elements will need to be strong to provide a rounded service on a continual basis.
Experience in sectors such as data centers, telecommunications, energy, and high-risk industrial environments would be beneficial, however you will have the opportunity to explore any desirable vertical.
