Enjoy a technical challenge and have strong access control, CCTV and integration skills? This enterprise level security integrator are looking for a highly skilled Technical Engineer to offer technical support, commissioning and acting as the point of escalation.

This security engineering company offer integrated solutions for financial institutions, M&E partners, prestigious retail clients, hospitals and other key clients’ sites throughout London.

Responsibilities
  • First and second line software support on-site and remotely
  • Assisting the Service Team with software/server related calls
  • Working predominately on networked access control and CCTV systems
  • Network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Supporting a variety of systems including Genetec, Lenel, Gallagher, Inner Range, Milestone and more.
  • System commissioning and programming

This position would suit someone that is happy doing a 50-60% commissioning 40-50% fault finding (Software, server/client machines and networks)

Required
  • Experience in IP CCTV and access control – ideally at least one of either Genetec or Lenel and others such as Gallagher
  • Strong fault finding and troubleshooting skills on CCTV and access control systems
  • Ability to commission and programme security systems
  • Good network configuration and troubleshooting skills
Package
  • c£55,000 - £65,000 basic DOE + travel time + overtime + benefits
