What You’ll Do:
- Scheduling engineers for client callouts and service visits
- Managing job entries and updates via Big Change software
- Coordinating with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and the Stock Manager
- Processing completed jobs and arranging follow-up visits
- Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure SLA compliance
- Handling permits, plant/equipment orders, and client communications
