As a Field Service Technician for TSi in Denver, you will travel to client sites and perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of a variety of security systems while providing outstanding customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites to repair, maintain, and install a variety of security systems.
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow company installation standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance across client sites.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Good understanding of a wide range of security systems; experience with Lenel and C‑cure is a plus.
- Well‑rounded knowledge of various brands is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar role.
- Great networking and programming skills with access control and video systems.
- Can work at heights, including climbing ladders.
- Valid and clean driver’s license.
- Must carry out tasks to a high standard and follow company installation standards.
