We’re seeking a Senior Installation Engineer to join our growing engineering team, responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of electronic security systems across London and the South. This role is ideal for an experienced install engineer looking to step into a senior position, delivering high-quality security installations on client sites.
As part of our team, you will:
- Be hands-on with the installation, configuration, and commissioning of security systems including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms
- Carry out first fix, second fix, programming, and commissioning in line with design documentation and as-sold information
- Produce test, commissioning, and completion documentation to a high standard
- Provide support and advice to clients, addressing system queries and offering effective solutions
- Work closely with project managers, engineering, and administration teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
About You:
- Strong knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms
- Proven experience in installing and commissioning security systems
- Experience with enterprise-level platforms such as LenelS2, Gallagher, C-Cure (desirable)
- Good understanding of IP-based systems, networking, and security software
- Able to plan installations prior to commencement and manage your own workload
- Professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Willing to travel across London and the South, with some work away from home
- Open to undertaking manufacturer-led and system-specific training
