The Opportunity

You'll be embedded within a high-profile enterprise security programme in Central London, acting as the day-to-day technical lead on site. Working alongside Project Managers, contractors and installation teams, you'll oversee project delivery, ensure installation quality, coordinate technical activities and ultimately take ownership of the commissioning, testing and handover process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commissioning, testing and handover activities on enterprise security projects
  • Act as the primary technical representative on site
  • Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders
  • Review system designs and identify technical or installation issues
  • Support troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of enterprise security systems
  • Oversee quality standards and ensure installations meet client specifications
  • Conduct site surveys, progress reviews and commissioning signoffs
  • Provide technical support throughout project delivery lifecycle
  • Support occasional UK and EMEA project travel

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Commissioning Engineer, Project Engineer or Senior Security Engineer
  • Strong enterprise security systems experience
  • Knowledge of access control, CCTV and integrated security platforms
  • Experience working within large commercial, critical infrastructure, data centre or enterprise environments
  • Ability to manage contractors and installation teams on site
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Previous installation experience is highly desirable
  • Experience with Lenel, Genetec, C•CURE, Milestone or similar enterprise platforms advantageous
