We’re looking for a welcoming organized, and detail-focused Access Control & ID Badging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help manage employee and visitor access, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.

This is a full-time, onsite position embedded with a long-standing client. Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and managing access for employees, visitors, and contractors
  • Creating and issuing ID badges including taking photos
  • Keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Supporting department managers
  • Maintaining badge supplies
  • Delivering badges to different locations when required

Key Skills

  • Experience with access control or ID badging systems
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and general systems)
  • Good attention to detail and organization
  • Friendly, professional communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a helpful, responsive approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic troubleshooting skills (e.g. badge issues)
  • Ability to use a camera for ID photos

Education & Requirements

  • Degree preferred (not essential)
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
