Are you an experienced Bid Manager or Bid Writer looking to join a growing organisation where your work will have a direct impact on winning new business? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Manager / Writer to take ownership of the bid process from opportunity identification through to submission. Working closely with senior leadership, sales teams and technical specialists, you'll produce compelling, high-quality tender submissions that help secure major projects across a variety of sectors.

The Role

  • Managing the preparation and submission of PQQs, SQs, ITTs and tender responses.
  • Writing, reviewing and editing compelling bid content.
  • Coordinating input from technical, commercial and operational teams.
  • Managing tender deadlines and ensuring submissions are completed to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintaining bid libraries, tender logs and framework documentation.
  • Identifying new tender opportunities and supporting the wider business development team.
  • Ensuring all submissions are compliant, professional and tailored to client requirements.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Bid Manager or Bid Writer position.
  • A proven track record of producing successful tender submissions.
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience using tender portals.
  • A proactive approach and exceptional attention to detail.
