We currently have an opening for a Field Service Technician in Washington DC.

Role:

Working as a Field Service Technician for TSi, you’ll be responsible for travelling to client sites and carrying out assigned tasks to repair, maintain and install a variety of security systems, whilst providing outstanding customer service to clients.

Requirements:

  • You’ll need to have a good understanding of a wide range of security systems with experience in Lenel and C-cure being a great benefit, however a well-rounded knowledge of brands is highly advantageous for this role.
  • You must be able to carry out tasks to a high standard and follow company installation standards along with providing outstanding customer service to clients.
  • Be comfortable working at heights (as required, climbing ladders etc.)
  • Be responsible for performing preventative maintenance across client sites.
  • Should ideally have at least 2 years “hands-on” experience in a similar role.
  • Great networking and programming skills with access control and video systems.
  • You’ll need to hold a valid and clean drivers license to travel to locations as needed.
  • Part of an on-call rota.

Location: Washington DC

Package:

Salary: $30–$50 per hour. Expected hiring range: $30.00–$50.00 per hour. Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, certifications, and technical expertise. TSi also offers a competitive benefits package and employee ownership opportunities.
