The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially minded Inside Sales Representative to join a growing technology business within the networking and infrastructure space. This role is focused on new business generation, re-engaging lapsed accounts, and developing channel relationships. You’ll play a key part in opening doors for the wider sales team while building your own revenue stream through proactive outreach and account development. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a high-activity, phone-based sales environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls to lapsed, dormant, and prospective accounts
- Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities within partner and reseller channels
- Build and manage your own pipeline, converting activity into revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and customers
- Re-engage inactive accounts and uncover new opportunities within existing networks
- Accurately track activity and pipeline using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities
About You
- Experience within IT, networking, or technology environments is highly desirable
- Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive prospecting
- Understanding of channel sales or working with distributors/resellers is advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a resilient and self-motivated approach
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Keen to learn and develop within a technical sales environment
