About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated engineer specializing in Door Entry, Fire Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting, and Warden Call systems to join our team. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and installing systems across residential and commercial properties in SE and SW London postcodes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service & Maintenance: Conduct routine and reactive maintenance for Door Entry systems, Fire Alarm systems, Emergency Lighting, and Warden Call systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Installation: Carry out new installations or upgrades of the systems mentioned, ensuring a high standard of work.
- Fault Finding & Repairs: Identify faults and perform repairs to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Compliance: Ensure all work meets relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards, including BS5839 for fire alarms.
