Role details:

  • Specialising in managing large-scale data centre projects, embedded for a global technology business across the EMEA region.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design with the client's in-house design team through to final build, installation, and commissioning with dedicated integrators.
  • Working closely with all parties, manage the alignment on project specifications, risk management, procurement, and construction activities.
  • This collaboration ensures that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards for quality, performance, and compliance with scope, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for cost control, budget analysis, and maintaining strong communication between internal teams, integrators, and subcontractors.
  • With focus on ensuring design specifications are meticulously implemented, enabling smooth project execution across the EMEA region.
  • You will also lead cross-functional teams, ensuring they are trained in the latest technologies and equipped to resolve any challenges that arise during the design and build phases.
  • You should be committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget to support the operational success of the client's critical infrastructure across the EMEA region.
  • You will be expected to travel c25% in this role - there is no company vehicle or allowance but all travel expenses are covered.

Experience Required:

  • You should be experienced in delivering enterprise level Security projects of £1M+, ideally UK and EMEA.
  • A background within integration or consultancy.
  • Data Centre experience beneficial but not essential.
