Zirojob is recruiting UK-based Care workers looking to gain sponsorship as a Domiciliary Health Care Assistant.
Eligibility
- Based in the UK on a student, skilled worker visa or dependent visa
- A driving licence and vehicle as it is Domiciliary care, you will be visiting clients' homes.
- Be willing to relocate and be based in either Manchester, Midlands, Berwick, and surrounding areas.
- This role is not open to overseas applicants seeking sponsorship.
About the role
Health Care Assistants have a varied role and help the more vulnerable in our society such as the elderly, infirm and ill, offering a sense of satisfaction that is difficult to match. They are responsible for meeting the support requirements of our service users in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the clients' own home (all mileage and travel between calls is paid!) and assist them with daily tasks. The type of support that you can expect to be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person's family. For instance, you may be providing personal care and support or domestic support.
