UKG Technical Architect – Global Deployments
London (Hybrid)
£90,000 + Benefits

Seeking an experienced UKG Technical Architect to lead multi-country deployments and support the migration from WorkForce Central to UKG WorkForce Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee deployments across 6+ countries.
2. Support migration from WorkForce Central to WorkForce Dimensions.
3. Provide technical guidance to Developers and Tech Leads.

Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Strong expertise in UKG Pro (formerly Dimensions).
2. Successful completion of at least one global deployment.
3. Experience in global Kronos cloud deployments.
4. In-depth knowledge of Kronos WFC and WFD.
5. Solid background in Workforce Management (WFM), including pre-scheduling, scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll integrations.
